Your Body, the Way You Want It
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
This journey has not only given me my confidence and fitness back; it’s changed the way I look at life completely! My body needs and deserves nourishing. And that’s what I think now when preparing a meal for both myself and my family.
I gained more confidence, became fitter, and stronger mentally and physically. My aim is now to maintain my weight loss, and keep building my strength and fitness through gymmer45
This is not a Before-and-After, it’s a Then-and-Now because I’m not done yet. I’ve lost over 20 kilos with The Robards Method and a clean(ish) diet. I hope my body thanks me with a long life of vigour and activity for all my hard work!
